Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to use of the MLT Corporate Solutions website and to enquiries and transportation services offered by MLT Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("MLT", "we", "us" or "our").
MLT provides car rental, employee transportation and related corporate mobility services. These terms should be read together with the applicable written quotation and booking confirmation.
1. About these terms
MLT Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("MLT", "we", "us" or "our") provides car rental, employee transportation and related corporate mobility services. These terms should be read together with the applicable written quotation and booking confirmation.
2. Website use
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry. You must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent or misleading requests.
Website content is provided for general information. Availability, vehicle allocation and commercial terms for a particular service must be confirmed by MLT.
3. Enquiries, quotations and booking confirmation
Submitting a website form or contacting MLT is an enquiry; it does not, by itself, guarantee vehicle availability or create a confirmed booking.
MLT may request additional information before preparing a quotation or arranging a service. A booking should be treated as confirmed only when MLT has issued a written booking confirmation or other written confirmation expressly identifying the booking as confirmed.
The applicable written quotation and booking confirmation are the primary references for the particular service, including, as relevant:
- Service date, reporting time and locations.
- Vehicle category and transportation requirements.
- Service package, duration, distance and inclusions.
- Quoted price, applicable taxes and additional charges.
- Payment method, payment deadline and any advance or deposit.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show conditions.
- Any special terms agreed for that booking.
If a commercial detail is not specified in the quotation or booking confirmation, contact MLT for written clarification before relying on an assumption. Nothing in these terms creates an automatic refund, fee or payment deadline that has not been agreed or disclosed for the booking.
4. Service packages and availability
Website enquiries may include packages such as 4 hours/40 kilometres, 8 hours/80 kilometres, airport transfers and outstation travel. Vehicle categories and service availability vary by location and operational capacity.
A package name or vehicle shown on the website is not a guarantee that it is available for a particular date, city or booking. The written quotation and confirmation determine the service that MLT has agreed to provide.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
The price, applicable taxes, additional charges, payment method and payment deadline should be stated in the written quotation, invoice or booking confirmation, as applicable.
Do not assume that a price includes taxes, tolls, parking, waiting time, additional kilometres or other incidental charges unless the applicable written terms say so.
Invoices and payment instructions should be reviewed for the relevant booking. If you believe an invoice is incorrect or need clarification about a charge, contact MLT's operations team.
6. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling
The website has previously described changes or cancellations up to four hours before the reporting time. Where that condition applies to your booking, requests should be made no later than that time through the contact channel specified by MLT.
The applicable written quotation or booking confirmation governs the permitted method of cancellation or rescheduling and any associated conditions. Do not assume that a change is accepted until MLT confirms it in writing.
Refund eligibility, refund amounts, processing time, cancellation charges and rescheduling conditions depend on the terms disclosed or agreed for the relevant booking and applicable law. If these details are missing from your written booking documents, request clarification from MLT before making a payment or relying on a particular refund outcome.
7. No-shows and late changes
If a customer or passenger is not available at the agreed reporting location and time, or requests a late change, the effect on the service and any applicable charge will be determined by the terms stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation and applicable law.
MLT does not establish a universal no-show fee through these terms. Any such fee must be disclosed or agreed for the relevant booking.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Providing accurate contact, date, time, pickup, drop-off and service information.
- Reviewing the quotation and booking confirmation before accepting them.
- Ensuring that the passenger or authorised representative is available at the agreed location and time.
- Communicating changes or special requirements promptly.
- Ensuring that passengers comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions.
- Paying amounts properly due under the applicable written booking terms.
- Notifying MLT promptly about a service issue or discrepancy.
Customers should not assume that a request, change or special instruction has been accepted unless MLT confirms it.
9. MLT's service responsibilities
MLT will use reasonable efforts to coordinate the service described in the applicable written booking confirmation, subject to availability, operational constraints and applicable law.
The actual vehicle, driver arrangements, service inclusions and reporting details are those confirmed for the booking. If MLT needs to communicate a material change or service disruption, it will use the contact details available for that booking where reasonably practicable.
10. Delays, disruptions and events outside reasonable control
Traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions, safety incidents, vehicle breakdowns and other circumstances may affect transportation services.
Where a disruption occurs, the parties should communicate promptly and seek a reasonable solution. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund or other financial consequence remains subject to the applicable written booking terms and applicable law. Nothing in this section removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Complaints and service issues
For questions, invoice concerns, booking changes or complaints, contact operations@mltcorporate.com and provide the booking reference, service date and a concise description of the issue. You may also use the contact details on the MLT website.
MLT will review the information provided and respond through an appropriate contact channel. Keep copies of the quotation, booking confirmation, invoice and relevant communications.
12. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, branding, design and other MLT-owned content are owned by or used with permission by MLT Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. They must not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party components and content remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
13. Liability and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, MLT is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, unauthorised use of the website or circumstances outside MLT's reasonable control. This does not remove obligations expressly accepted in a written booking confirmation or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
Any booking-specific remedy or financial adjustment will be considered under the written booking terms and applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any dispute concerning a booking should first be raised with MLT through its operations contact so that the parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
The appropriate court or dispute forum will be determined under applicable law. These terms do not purport to remove any mandatory jurisdiction, consumer protection or other legal rights.
15. Changes to these terms
MLT may update these terms when its services or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. The written quotation and booking confirmation remain the primary references for the commercial terms of an individual booking, subject to applicable law.
